With our variable payment plan options, we are able to offer a variety of interest-free choices from 2-9 month intervals for our Impact EMS Academy. All tuition must be paid in full prior to completing the skills verification at the end of the course. 

*The enrollment fee must be paid upfront prior to enrollment. The balance is then paid with the payment plan of your choice.

Affirm Payment Plan

Select “Affirm” under Payment Details at Checkout. You will be redirected to Affirm’s site to securely complete your purchase. Just enter a few basic details and get a real-time decision. Choose from loans of 3, 6, or 12 months, with rates from 0% to 36% APR.

The only fee associated with an Affirm loan is the finance charge, which ranges from 0% to 30% APR. Affirm does not charge service fees, late fees, prepayment fees, or any other hidden fees. During the approval process, Affirm will perform a “soft” credit check to help verify your identity and determine eligibility for financing. A soft credit check does not affect your credit score.

 

To sign up for Affirm, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older (19 years or older if you’re a ward in the state of Nebraska).
  • Provide a valid U.S. or APO/FPO/DPO home address. Buy with Affirm is unavailable to Iowa or West Virginia residents.
  • Provide a valid U.S. mobile or VoIP number and agree to receive SMS texts.
  • Provide your full name, email address, date of birth, and the last 4 digits of your social security number to help verify your identity.
